Peter Solly
Peter is a graduate of The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying). Peter has extensive experience within the surveying industry. He has a proven track record working on some of Victorias iconic developments. He has been responsible for some of Melbourne’s major construction and land subdivision projects including Southern Cross Tower, Bourke St, Melbourne; Royal Melbourne Showground redevelopment; Melbourne Convention Centre; and K2 Apartments, Windsor. During his role as a chief surveyor in the Middle East (Dubai, United Arab Emirates) he was responsible for multi-million dollar projects including Dubai International Airport, Downtown Jebel Ali project; and Hamad Medical Centre, Qatar. Peter’s role as chief surveyor involved survey management of six field crew in three different countries, purchasing equipment, quality control, risk assessment, reporting directly to directors, project management, and liaising and negotiating with clients and government officials.

Jonathan O’Sullivan
Jonathan also studied at RMIT University. Jonathan has extensive experience within the surveying industry and has worked on large scale construction projects in Melbourne and as a senior project surveyor on several large scale mining projects in the Pilbara and Kimberley regions of Western Australia. During his time working in the Middle East, he was the Survey Manager of a Marine Engineering Company managing the day to day running of four field crews working on the modification of a Drilling Rig. Whilst working for one of the largest Melbourne base construction surveying companies he has been the project surveyor on many of Melbourne iconic buildings such as Royal Domain Tower, Crown Casino and Eve Apartments. Jonathan has gained invaluable experience as a site manager for one of Melbourne leading formwork companies.
